高純乙酰氯生產(chǎn)工藝的改進(jìn) |

摘 要:通過(guò)對國內乙酰氯現有生產(chǎn)工藝的考察、研究,對傳統的醋酸和三氯化磷合成法進(jìn)行了工藝改進(jìn),改進(jìn)后工藝的產(chǎn)品收率比原來(lái)提高近6%,達到96.3%以上,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量達到99.0%以上,反應條件更加溫和,操作容易控制,基本無(wú)三廢產(chǎn)生,生產(chǎn)成本明顯降低。 |

Abstract:The traditional synthesis method of acetyl chloride with acetic acid and phosphorus trichloride was improved based upon the investigation on production processes of acetyl chloride in our country.Results showed that the yield of the product reached more than 96.3% with the increase of 6%bythe improved method than by the traditional method,and the purity was over 99.0%,demonstrating that the method had an advantage such as mild reaction condition,easy operation and control,little release of "the three wastes... |
