高純度5-叔丁基-1,2,3-三甲基苯的制備 |

摘 要:以190#溶劑油(含70%的連三甲苯)和異丁烯(99.9%)為反應物,無(wú)水三氯化鋁為催化劑,在較低的溫度下烷基化法制備5-叔丁基-連三甲苯。實(shí)驗結果表明:最佳條件為催化劑用量4%,反應溫度25℃,異丁烯流量85L/h,反應時(shí)間35min。經(jīng)減壓精餾可制得純度99%的產(chǎn)品,收率為85%,該方法原料易得,工藝簡(jiǎn)單,有很好的工業(yè)化前景。 |

Abstract:5-tertbutly-1,2,3-terimeth benzene was synthesized by the alkylation reaction of 190# solvent oil(containing 70%hemimetene)with isobutene(99.9%) at low temperature and anhydrous AlCl3 katalyst.The results of these experiments show that the optimum conditions are 4% catalyst,reaction temperature at 25 ℃,85L/h of velocity of flow of isobutene and reaction time for 35 min.99% production is obtained by decompression rectify.The yield of 5-tertbutly-1,2,3-terimeth benzene is 85%.The method has many advantages su... |
