| Abstract：The preparation of N (1 ethylpropyl) 3,4 dimethyl benzenamine which was important intermediate of Rendimethaline was done by the reductive amination of diethyl ketone. The ratio of conversion and selectivity of the products were 100%, 87% at the nomral pressure. |
