水相法合成鄰氯苯基硫脲 |

摘 要:以鄰氯苯胺和硫氰酸銨為原料,在水溶液中合成鄰氯苯基硫脲,探討了原料配比、反應溫度、反應時(shí)間對收率的影響。得到優(yōu)惠工藝條件:鄰氯苯胺與硫氰酸銨的配比1 1∶.05(mol/mol),鄰氯苯胺與鹽酸的配比為1∶1.1(mol/mol),反應溫度80℃,反應時(shí)間16h。在此工藝條件下,制得產(chǎn)品的純度為93.9%,收率為90.0%。 |

Abstract:2-Chloro-phenyl-thiourea was prepared from o-chloro-aniline and ammonium thiocyanate with water solution.The effect of the proportion of raw materials,the reaction temperature and the reaction time were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were determined,i.e.,n(o-chloro-aniline) ∶ n(ammonium thiocyanate)=1 ∶ 1.05,n(o-chloro-aniline) ∶ n(hydrochloric)=1 ∶ 1.1,reaction temperature 80 ℃ and reaction time 16 h.The yield and purity of the product reached 90.0% and 93.9% respectively with the optimal pro... |
