6-氯咪唑并[1,2-b]噠嗪氫解脫鹵反應動(dòng)力學(xué)研究 |

| 摘 要：采用Pd/C催化劑在排除擴散影響的條件下,研究了常壓下6-氯咪唑并[1,2-b]噠嗪氫解脫鹵合成咪唑并[1,2-b]噠嗪的反應動(dòng)力學(xué),通過(guò)空白試驗消除催化劑及溶劑對吸氫量的影響,以吸氫量來(lái)表征反應程度。試驗測定了反應溫度、pH值對反應速率的影響。研究結果表明,在試驗條件下,6-氯咪唑并[1,2-b]噠嗪氫解脫鹵反應對6-氯咪唑并[1,2-b]噠嗪表現為零級,反應表觀(guān)活化能為44.8kJ/mol,指前因子為7.68×104mol.L-1.min-1。pH值為8時(shí)有利于反應進(jìn)行。 |

| Abstract：The reaction kinetics of synthesis of imidazopyridazine by hydrogenolysis of 6-chloro-imidazopyridazine was studied over Pd/C catalyst in an atmosphere of hydrogen.Both internal and external diffusions' effects were eliminated by stirring adequately.The effects of catalyst and solvent were eliminated by the experiments without adding substrate.The changes of the absorption amount of hydrogen with reaction time were measured to monitor the reaction extent.Results showed that the reaction was the zero-order w... |
