| 摘 要：主要介紹了采用硼氫化鈉還原、硼氫化鋅還原、催化加氫還原、加氫甲�；�、硼烷還原、格利雅試劑和甲醛加成、鋰鋁化氫還原等方法合成環(huán)己甲醇的方法及其與其它物質(zhì)反應合成藥物中間體,可以制備生物降解洗滌劑以及可以發(fā)生糖基化反應等方面的應用�？紤]到經(jīng)濟性問(wèn)題,提出了由硼氫化鉀或鈉作為還原劑的合成路線(xiàn)。 |

| Abstract：Some synthetic methods and important applications of cyclohexyl methanol are mainly discussed in the paper.Its synthetic methods mainly included sodium borohydride reduction,zinc borohydride reduction,catalytic hydrogenation reduction,hydroformylation reaction,borane reduction,addition of grignard reagent and formaldehyde,lithium aluminum hydride reduction,etc.,and they are used to react with other substances to prepare drug intermediates,to prepare biodegradable detergent and to proceed glycosidation react... |
