磺酰脲類(lèi)除草劑殘留檢測分析研究新進(jìn)展 |

| 摘 要：磺酰脲類(lèi)化合物因用量低、對哺乳動(dòng)物低毒及使用后易降解為無(wú)毒化合物等特點(diǎn)而已發(fā)展成為世界上最大的一類(lèi)除草劑。在環(huán)境介質(zhì)如土壤、水和動(dòng)植物組織等研究分析時(shí)要求磺酰脲類(lèi)除草劑殘留分析的檢測限達到10-9mg/kg,甚至更低。這是一個(gè)極富挑戰性的工作。近些年來(lái),國內外農藥環(huán)境毒理、環(huán)境科學(xué)和生物學(xué)等領(lǐng)域的科研人員對環(huán)境中的磺酰脲類(lèi)除草劑進(jìn)行了大量的研究,提出了許多磺酰脲類(lèi)除草劑殘留分析方法,歸結起來(lái)可分為三大類(lèi)即化學(xué)分析法、生物測定法和酶聯(lián)免疫測定法。筆者對磺酰脲類(lèi)除草劑在環(huán)境介質(zhì)中的殘留性質(zhì)、提取、凈化、分析原理和方法等方面進(jìn)行了評述,討論了LC/MS/MS在磺酰脲類(lèi)除草劑殘留研究中的應用。 |
