原子吸收測定甘油脂中鈉的含量 |

摘 要:通過(guò)對溶樣時(shí)間、酸度的選擇,以及工作曲線(xiàn)法與標準加入法的比較,介紹了甘油脂中鈉含量的測定方法。樣品經(jīng)硝酸加熱溶解、稀釋、過(guò)濾,原子吸收分光光度計測定,實(shí)驗數據表明:分析方法結果準確,其相對標準偏差為2.3%~2.8%,回收率為97%~101%,可用于甘油脂產(chǎn)品中鈉的分析檢測工作。 |

Abstract:Determination of the content of sodium in acylglycerol using atomic absorption spectrometry was described through selection of the sample dissolving time and solvent acidity,and comparison of the working curve method with standard addition method. The sample was dissolved with nitric acid under the heat condition,diluted and filtrated,and then determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.
