2-乙基蒽酮的合成研究 |

摘 要:以錫粉和36%~38%鹽酸還原2-乙基蒽醌來(lái)合成2-乙基蒽酮,對合成過(guò)程中加料方式、回流時(shí)間、原料配比、溶劑種類(lèi)等影響因素進(jìn)行考察,并采用高效液相色譜對樣品進(jìn)行分析,得出較優(yōu)的反應條件為:以冰乙酸為溶劑,n(2-乙基蒽醌)∶n(錫粉)=1∶2,每隔10min加一次鹽酸,約在2h加完,回流1.5h,在此條件下合成的2-乙基蒽酮的總含量為86%。 |

Synthesis of 2-Ethylanthrone |

Abstract:2-Ethylanthrone was synthesized using stannum powder and hydrochloric acid to deoxidize 2-ethylanthraquinone. Effects of adding material mode,refluxing time,reactant proportion and solvents on synthesis of 2-ethylanthrone were investigated,and the sample content was determined by HPLC. The optimal conditions were obtained as follow: acetic acid as solvent,n(2-ethylanthraquinone) ∶ n(stannum powder)=1 ∶ 2,adding hydrochloric acid once per 10 min,finished in 2 h,and refluxing 1.5 h.
