雙氯乙酸聚乙二醇酯的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：采用一氯乙酸與不同分子量的聚乙二醇發(fā)生酯化反應,合成了一系列端基含有活性氯的氯乙酸聚乙二醇酯,并采用正交實(shí)驗法確定了酯化反應的優(yōu)惠工藝路線(xiàn)。實(shí)驗表明,在溫度為80℃,催化劑w(濃硫酸)=4%(反應物),n(聚乙二醇)∶n(氯乙酸)=1∶8,反應時(shí)間為6h的反應條件下,產(chǎn)品收率42%。 |

| Abstract：A series of novel polyethylene glycol derivatives was synthesized by esterification of chloroacetic acid with polyethylene glycol. Based on the result of orthogonal experiment,the optimum condition of the esterification reaction of chloroacetic acid with polyethylene glycol was determined.
