二元醇雙琥珀酸雙酯磺酸鈉(GMI-02)的合成 |

摘 要:采用1,4-丁二醇、馬來(lái)酸酐、月桂醇為主要原料和環(huán)境友好的工藝路線(xiàn),合成了一種易降解的雙子(Gemini)表面活性劑--二元醇雙琥珀酸雙酯磺酸鈉(GMI-02)。對各步合成條件采用正交實(shí)驗進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,得出各步反應的優(yōu)化工藝條件:酯化反應I,配比為n(1,4-丁二醇)∶n(馬來(lái)酸酐)=1∶2.15,反應時(shí)間2h,催化劑w(乙酸鈉)=1.0%,反應溫度95℃,以丙酮作溶劑,回流操作;酯化反應Ⅱ,甲苯為溶劑,反應時(shí)間6h,反應溫度145℃,催化劑w(對甲苯磺酸)=1.0%,n(1,4-丁二醇雙馬來(lái)酸單酯)∶n(月桂醇)=1∶2.20;腔磻,石蠟加熱,石蠟溫度(加熱溫度)控制在115℃,時(shí)間為6h,原料配比為n(1,4-丁二醇雙馬來(lái)酸雙酯)∶n(亞硫酸氫鈉)=1∶2.50。對每步合成產(chǎn)物均用IR進(jìn)行了表征。 |

Abstract:A new type of easily degradable Gemini surfactant (GMI-02) was synthesized from cheap materials such as 1,4-butanediol,maleic anhydride and lauric alcohol through environmentally-friendly processes. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained via orthogonal experiments.
