R(+)對羥基苯氧基丙酸炔丙酯的合成 |

摘 要:報道了合成超高效除草劑炔草酯的中間體R(+)對羥基苯氧基丙酸炔丙酯的方法。以(S)-(-)乳酸甲酯為原料,先與對甲苯磺酰氯反應制備S-對甲苯磺酰乳酸甲酯,再與對苯二酚和丙炔醇反應,制備R(+)對羥基苯氧基丙酸炔丙酯,總收率76%。旋光度為[α]2D5=+37.5。 |

Abstract:R(+)-2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)propionic acid propynyl ester is an important intermediates of herbicide R-clodinafop-propargyl. A new method for synthesizing R(+)-2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy) propionic acid propynyl ester is reported in the paper. The starting material S-methyl lactate was condensed with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride to give L-methyl p-toluenesulfonyl lactate,and L-methyl p-toluenesulfonyl lactate reacted with hydroquinone and propargyl alcohol to give the target product R(+)-2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy) propionic ... |
