| Abstract：6-Hydroxy-2,3-dihydro-4-quinolone is an important drug intermediate. The preparation of 6-hydroxy-2,3-dihydro-4-quinolone from p-anisidine as raw material are introduced in the paper, including three steps such as addition or condensation, cyclization and dealkylation. The different results obtained from different synthetic routes are summarized, and the feasibilities of different methods are also discussed. |
