粉煤灰復合固體酸催化合成乳酸正丁酯的研究 |

摘 要:以乳酸和丁醇為原料,在粉煤灰復合固體酸的催化下,對合成乳酸正丁酯的工藝進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗研究,其優(yōu)惠制備條件為:浸泡硫酸濃度為0.5mol/L,浸泡時(shí)間為6h,焙燒溫度為550℃,焙燒時(shí)間為3h,優(yōu)化酯化反應條件為:醇酸摩爾比為3∶1,催化劑的用量為乳酸質(zhì)量的3.0%,反應時(shí)間為2h,酯化率可達98.8%。 |

Synthesis of Butyl Lactate with Fly Ash Composite Solid Acid as Catalyst |

Abstract:Butyl lactate was synthesized starting from lactic acid and butanol over a composite solid acid as catalyst.Experimental results indicated that the optimal preparation conditions were obtained as 0.5 mol/L H2SO4,immersing time 6 h and calcination temperature 550℃.Under the optimal conditions such as butyl alcohol-lactic acid molar ratio 3 ∶ 1,percentage amount of catalyst 3.0% and reaction time 2 h,the esterification rate reached 98.8%. |
