共沉淀法制備CeO_2-ZrO_2納米固溶體的研究 |

摘 要:研究了反應溫度、沉淀劑濃度及分散劑等因素對共沉淀法制備CeO2-ZrO2固溶體的影響,并利用TEM、XRD等方法對固溶體進(jìn)行表征。結果表明:在反應溫度為18~25℃,氨水濃度為5~6mol/L,分散劑選用聚丙烯酰胺的工藝條件下可制備出平均粒徑為10nm左右,粒度分布均勻的納米CeO2-ZrO2固溶體。 |

CeO_2-ZrO_2 Nano Solid Solution Prepared by Co-precipitation Method |

Abstract:The influences of reaction temperature,content of precipitation agent and dispersing agent on CeO2-ZrO2 solid solution prepared by co-precipitation method was studied,and the solid solution was characterized by TEM and XRD.The results indicated that the even distribution of CeO2-ZrO2 nano-solid solution with particle size about 10 nm could be obtained under the following process conditions such as temperature of reaction 18~25℃,5~6 mol/L NH3·H2O and dispersing agent polyacrylamide. |
