阻燃劑聚季戊四醇磷酸酯的合成及表征 |

摘 要:以季戊四醇、三氯氧磷為原料,采用無(wú)溶劑法首先合成了季戊四醇二磷酸酯二磷酰氯(PDD),n(季戊四醇)n∶(三氯氧磷)=1 5∶,收率為84%;然后以PDD和對苯二酚為原料,乙腈為溶劑,三乙胺為縛酸劑,在氮氣氛圍下合成了低聚阻燃劑聚季戊四醇磷酸酯,n(PDD)∶n(對苯二酚)=1∶1,收率為79%。采用紅外光譜、磷譜、熱重分析和差示掃描量熱法對聚合物的結構和熱行為分別進(jìn)行了表征和研究。結果表明,該聚合物具有較高的玻璃態(tài)轉變溫度(Tg=231℃),聚合物質(zhì)量損失5%時(shí)的溫度為301℃。當聚合物被加熱到600℃時(shí),其炭殘留物的質(zhì)量分數為46.4%。 |
