稀土固體超強酸SO_4~(2-)/TiO_2/Ce(IV)催化合成環(huán)己酮1,2-丙二醇縮酮 |

摘 要:以環(huán)己酮與1,2-丙二醇為原料,稀土固體超強酸SO42-/TiO2/Ce(IV)為催化劑,合成了環(huán)己酮1,2-丙二醇縮酮,考察了影響反應的因素。結果表明,在n(酮)n∶(醇)=1 1∶.5、催化劑用量占反應物總質(zhì)量的1.7%、帶水劑環(huán)己烷用量占反應物總質(zhì)量的30%、反應時(shí)間1h的優(yōu)化條件下,環(huán)己酮1,2-丙二醇縮酮收率可達84.28%。 |

Abstract:The synthesis of cyclohexanone 1,2-propylene glycol ketal from cyclohexanone and 1,2-propylene glycol under the presence of catalyst rare earth solid superacid SO42-/TiO2 /Ce(Ⅳ) was studied.The influent factors on reaction were investigated.The results showed that the appropriate conditions were as follows:molar ratio of cyclohexanone and 1,2-propylene glycol was 1 ∶ 1.5,the amount of catalyst was 1.7% of the total weight of cyclohexanone and 1,2-propylene glycol,the amount of cyclohexane was 30% of the wei... |
