4-氯丁酰氯的合成研究 |

摘 要:以-γ丁內酯為原料、無(wú)水氯化鋅作催化劑、氯化亞砜做氯化劑進(jìn)行開(kāi)環(huán)氯化合成4-氯丁酰氯。對該氯化反應原理進(jìn)行了闡述,考察了影響反應的主要因素。優(yōu)化工藝條件為:在55℃加熱攪拌反應22h,催化劑用量3%~5%,收率82.7%。 |

Abstract:The synthesis of 4-chlorobutyryl chloride was described using γ-butyroctone as material,anhydrous zinc chloride as the catalyst and thionyl chloride as chloridum.The reaction principle is expounded,and the main factors affecting the reaction are investigated.Optimal conditions were obtained as follow:reaction temperature is 55℃,reaction time 22 h and percent amount of catalyst 3%~5%.The yield of the product is 82.7% under the optimal conditions. |
