高效液相色譜法測定甲氧芐啶氯化鈉注射液中甲氧芐啶的含量 |

| 摘 要：建立了甲氧芐啶氯化鈉注射液中甲氧芐啶含量的HPLC測定方法。本法采用C18色譜柱,流動(dòng)相為0.1mol/L磷酸二氫鉀溶液(用磷酸調節pH值至2.5)-甲醇的混合溶液(按v∶v=70∶30配制),檢測波長(cháng)為280nm,流速為1.0mL/min。實(shí)驗數據表明:甲氧芐啶在0.38～1.37μg的范圍內,峰面積與進(jìn)樣量呈良好線(xiàn)性關(guān)系(r=0.9995),回收率RSD=0.69%,最低檢測限為1ng,分析結果準確,可用于測定甲氧芐啶氯化鈉注射液中甲氧芐啶含量。 |

| Abstract：A HPLC method for trimethoprim in trimethoprim and sodium chloride injection solution was establish. The HPLC condition consisted of C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase of 0.1 mol/L monopotassium phosphate-methanol(70 : 30,v/v) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and at detection wavelength 280 nm. The calibrattion linear curve of trimethoprim was in the range of 0.38～1.37 μg(r=0.999 5)with RSD of 0.69%,and the detection limit was 1 ng.
