氟雙相體系中甲苯硝化反應的研究 |

| 摘 要：以全氟己烯(PFH)為氟溶劑,混酸為硝化劑,在氟雙相體系中對甲苯進(jìn)行硝化。實(shí)驗表明:在反應溫度為50℃,n(甲苯)∶n(硝酸)=1∶1.05,m(全氟己烯)∶m(甲苯)=1∶1.8,反應時(shí)間為4h,甲苯的轉化率達99.5%,產(chǎn)品硝基甲苯總質(zhì)量分數為98.3%,鄰對位異構體質(zhì)量比為1.51,硫酸、氟溶劑很容易通過(guò)相分離而得到回收利用。 |

| Nitration of Toluene with Fluorous Biphasic System |

| Abstract：Nitration of toluene was studied with nitro-sulfuric acid using perfluorous hexene(PFH)as solvent,and effect of reaction temperature,the molar ratio of PFH to organic solvent and reaction time on the nitration were investigated. It was observed that the optimum conditions for fluorous phase nitration of toluene was reaction temperature 50℃,n(toluene) : n(HNO3)=1 : 1.05,n(HNO3) : n(H2SO4)=1 : 1.2,m(PFH) : m(toluene)=1 : 1.8,reaction for 4 h.
