納米TiO_2的制備及其對甲醛的光催化降解性能 |

摘 要:以硫酸鈦為前驅體,采用沉淀-溶膠法制備納米TiO2,進(jìn)行甲醛的光催化降解實(shí)驗,考察了制備條件對光催化性能的影響。結果表明:當硫酸鈦濃度為0.05mol/L、水解溫度80℃、時(shí)間4h,0.10mol/LKOH聚沉、pH=2、熟化溫度90~100℃、時(shí)間10min,煅燒溫度450℃、時(shí)間4h時(shí),制得的納米TiO2對甲醛的降解效率6h內可達78%。 |

Influence of Preparation of Nanometer TiO_2 on Photocatalytic Degradation Performance of Formaldehyde |

Abstract:Nanometer TiO2 particles were prepared with Ti(SO4)2 as precursor using the precipitation-sol method,and its photocatalytic degradation experiments of formaldehyde were carried out. Influence of preparation conditions of TiO2 on photocatalytic degradation performance was studied. The results showed that degradation rate of formaldehyde attained 78% in 6 hrs at the concentration of Ti(SO4)2 0.05 mol/L,hydrolization temperature 80℃ and time 4 hrs,pH=2 for congregatation with 0.10 mol/L KOH,maturation temperat... |
