負載型鈮系催化劑載體的選擇、表征與應用研究 |

摘 要:對負載型鈮系催化劑載體的選擇進(jìn)行了研究,選用HZSM-5作為載體效果較佳。采用前沿色譜法、NH3-TPD和CO2-TPD及XRD等多種方法對負載型催化劑進(jìn)行了表征,能與其催化活性較好地關(guān)聯(lián)。用于乙酸酯類(lèi)化合物的合成,單程收率可達93%以上,選擇性為100%。 |

Selection,Characterization and Appllication of Carriers for Supported Niobium Series Catalysts |

Abstract:Selection of carriers for supported niobium series catalyst was systematically studied in this paper. HZSM-5 was the best among carriers of catalyst. This catalyst was characterized by frontal chromatography,NH3-TPD,CO2-TPD and XRD technique,and had a good correlation with its catalytic activity. The single conversion rate and selectivity was above 93% and 100%,respectively,when the catalyst was used to synthesize acetic esters. |
