超聲波引發(fā)格氏反應制備幾種香料

摘 要:以超聲波為引發(fā)條件,引發(fā)制備格氏試劑,從而制備幾種香料:二甲基芐基原醇、4-甲基-3-癸烯-5-醇、1-辛烯-3-醇、8-烯丙基-8-羥基三環(huán)[5,2,1,02,6]癸烷。與常規引發(fā)條件相比,超聲波引發(fā)格氏反應具有反應時(shí)間短、節約能源、操作簡(jiǎn)便、收率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Abstract:Synthesis methods of some aromatics such as dimethylbenzyl carbinol,4-methyl-3-decene-5-ol,1-octene-3-ol,8-allyl-8-hydroxytricyclo[5,2,1,02,6]decane by Grignard reaction were summarized in the paper using supersonic wave as revulsant. This method had characteristics of short reaction time,few energetic resources,simple operation conditions,high yield,and etc compared with the conventional methods.
