粉唑醇的合成 |

摘 要:粉唑醇是用于植物葉片和穗的廣譜殺菌劑,對谷物白粉病、云形病、葉斑病和銹病都有效。本文以鄰氟溴苯為原料經(jīng)格氏反應合成1-(2-氟苯基)-1-(4-氟苯基)-2-氯乙醇,然后與1,2,4-三唑鈉鹽反應得到標題化合物?偸章蔬_59%,含量94.5%。 |

Synthesis of Fungicide Flutriafol |

Abstract:Flutriafol was a kind of broad-spectrum fungicide that could be used to control effectively cereal powdery mildew,cloud disease,leaf spot disease and rust disease. 1-o-fluorophenyl-1-p-fluorophenyl-2-chloroethanol was prepared through Grignard reaction starting with 2-fluorobenzyl bromide,and then reacted with sodium triazol to give the title product flutriafol. The total yield and purity were 59% and 94.5%,respectively. |
