2,3-二氯苯甲酸的合成研究 |

摘 要:2,3-二氯苯甲酸是合成特效抗癲癇藥拉莫三嗪及其它治療中樞神經(jīng)紊亂藥物的重要中間體。筆者用2,3-二氯苯胺經(jīng)重氮化、邁爾瓦音反應制得2,3-二氯苯甲醛,再經(jīng)高錳酸鉀氧化制得2,3-二氯苯甲酸,總收率45%。對各步反應的操作及產(chǎn)品的純化方法進(jìn)行了研究。 |

Synthesis of 2,3-Dichlorobenzoic Acid |

Abstract:2,3-Dichlorobenzoic acid is the key intermediate for antiepileptic drug lamotrigine and the other medicine for the treatment of central nervous system (CNS)disorders and disease. 2,3-Dichlorobenzoic acid was prepared through diazotization and Meerwein reaction to give 2,3-dichlorobenzaldehyde from 2,3-dichloroaniline and followed by oxidation with potassium permanganate,and the overall yield was 45%. In addition,each operation of the reactions and purification was also studied . |
