| 摘 要：介紹了吡啶和鹵代吡啶的結構和性質(zhì),綜述了五氯吡啶、3,5,6,-三氯吡啶-2-酚、2-氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶等幾種氯代吡啶化合物的合成及其在農藥、醫藥領(lǐng)域的應用,并對各種合成路線(xiàn)工業(yè)化前景作了評價(jià)。 |

| Synthesis and Application of Halogenated Pyridine Compounds |

| Abstract：The chemical structure and properties of pyridine and halogenated pyridine compounds were described in this paper,and especially,synthesis of some chloropyridines such as 2,3,4,5,6-pentachloropyridine,3,5,6-trichloropyridin-2-phonol and 2-chloro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine and their applications in the pesticide and pharmaceutics were introduced. Several synthesis routes and their industrialization prospect of every compound were discussed. |
