高效液相色譜法測定闊草清中間體含量的方法學(xué)研究 |

| 摘 要：建立了HPLC法測定闊草清中間體N-(2,6-二氟苯基)-5-氨基-1,2,4-三唑-3-磺酰胺含量的方法:色譜柱Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);以v(甲醇)∶v(水)=25∶75(水:25 mmol/L Na2HPO4-H3PO4,pH=7.8)作為流動(dòng)相;檢測波長(cháng)為214 nm,流速0.6 mL/min,柱溫35℃。結果表明闊草清中間體在0.019 9～0.2991μg內呈良好線(xiàn)性關(guān)系,r=0.9999。該方法柱效高、靈敏、快速、準確,可用于闊草清中間體含量的測定。 |

| Abstract：A HPLC method for determining the content of flumetsulam intermediate N-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-sulfonamide was established.The HPLC system was as follow:inertsil Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),v(methyl alcohol)∶v(water)=25∶75(water:25 mmol/L disodium hydrogen phosphate-phosphoric acid,pH=7.8)as mobile phase at flow rate of 0.6 mL/min,UV detection at 214 nm and the column temperature of 35℃.Result showed that the N-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-sulfon... |
