HPLC法測定蘆竹堿 |

| 摘 要：采用Hypersill BDS C18色譜柱,以磷酸二氫鈉緩沖液/甲醇(70:30,v/v)為流動(dòng)相,流速0.8 mL/min,275 nm為檢測波長(cháng),pH=2.4～2.5,建立測定蘆竹堿的高效液相色譜法。進(jìn)樣量1～13μg的范圍內線(xiàn)性關(guān)系良好(r=0.9998)。RSD不大于0.66%�；厥章�98%～102%,方法操作簡(jiǎn)單,分析速度快、準確,適用于蘆竹堿的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制分析。 |

| Determination of Gramine by HPLC |

| Abstract：A HPLC method was established for the determination of gramine.The HPLC system consisted of Hypersill BDS C18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm,buffer solution(NaH2PO4)/methanolmixture(70/30,v/v)as mobile phase,detection wavelength 275 nm,flow rate 0.8 mL·min-1,pH 2.4～2.5,and column temperature at room temperature.The linear range was 1～13 μg(r=0.9998),RSD less than 0.66%,and the average recovery was 98%～102%.The method is simple,quick and accurate,and suitable for the quality control of gramine. |
