| 摘 要：以己內酰胺和硫酸二甲酯為原料,在無(wú)溶劑條件下合成了1-氮雜-2-甲氧基-1-環(huán)庚烯,考察了反應時(shí)間、反應溫度、反應物配比等對反應收率的影響。結果表明:當反應物n(己內酰胺)∶n(硫酸二甲酯)=1∶1時(shí),80℃反應2h,反應生成1-氮雜-2-甲氧基-1-環(huán)庚烯己內酰胺的收率72.3%。 |

| Solvent-free Synthesis of 1-Aza-2-methoxy-1-cyccloheptene |

| Abstract：1-Aza-2-methoxy-1-cyccloheptene was synthesized by reaction of caprolactam and dimethylsulfate without solvents.Effect of reaction time,reaction temperature and proportion of reactants on the yield of 1-aza-2-methoxy-1-cyccloheptene was investigated.Yield of 1-aza-2-methoxy-1-cyccloheptene reached 72.3% when the molar ratio of caprolactam to dimethylsulfate was 1∶1 and reacted at 80℃ for 2 h. |
