正交試驗法研究反丁烯二酸二甲酯制備的工藝條件 |

| 摘 要：通過(guò)正交試驗的方法,用馬來(lái)酸酐和甲醇為原料制備反丁烯二酸二甲酯,考察了醇酸比、異構化溫度、酯化時(shí)間和催化劑用量對收率的影響,確定了優(yōu)化反應條件為:n(醇)∶n(酸酐)=121∶,異構化溫度為100℃,回流反應6h,n(馬來(lái)酸酐)n∶(磷酸)=8∶1。優(yōu)化條件下可獲得理想的實(shí)驗結果,并經(jīng)分析得到了驗證。 |
