聚丙烯/碳酸鈣復合材料的組分分析 |

| 摘 要：介紹了一種應用化學(xué)分析、紅外光譜分析(IR)和熱重分析(TGA)對聚丙烯(PP)/碳酸鈣復合材料的組分進(jìn)行定性和定量分析的方法。通過(guò)對原樣品及酸化、堿洗樣品的紅外譜圖分析和TGA分析,確定了相應的添加劑為類(lèi)苯馬聚合物和硬脂酸或其衍生物。同時(shí)結合化學(xué)分析和TGA分析方法,對聚丙烯/碳酸鈣復合材料中的碳酸鈣、添加劑的含量進(jìn)行了分析并取得了滿(mǎn)意的結果。 |

| Abstract：This paper is focused on the characterization and quantitative analysis of two polypropylene/calcium carbonate composites using fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FT-IR)and thermal gravity analysis(TGA).The additives are proved to be chemicals similar to a copolymer of styrene and maleic acid and stearic acid or its obtained from samples and the residues of chemically treated samples.A satisfied result of quantitative analysis of calcium carbonate,additives,and polypropylene in the composites was obtai... |
