殼聚糖-谷氨酸軛合物的合成 |

| 摘 要：以殼聚糖和谷氨酸為原料,環(huán)氧氯丙烷為聯(lián)結劑,合成了一種潛在的靶向型藥物載體殼聚糖-谷氨酸軛合物,并采用紅外光譜對產(chǎn)物的結構進(jìn)行了表征,結果表明谷氨酸已被聯(lián)結到殼聚糖分子上。 |

| Abstract：Chitosan-glutamic acid conjugate(CS-ECH-Glu)as a potential targeting drug carrier was synthesized via the reaction of chitosan and glutamic acid,and epichlorohydrin as linking agent.Its chemical structure was characterized by IR spectrum.IR results indicate that glutamic acid moiety was linked to chitosan molecules. |
