鄰氯氯芐催化氯化工藝改進(jìn)

摘 要:針對目前國內鄰氯氯芐生產(chǎn)工藝存在的主要問(wèn)題,通過(guò)選用新型催化劑CHJ-3,改進(jìn)催化氯化工藝,使氯化反應鄰氯甲苯轉化率達到60%。與傳統催化劑相比較,氯化反應時(shí)間縮短一倍,反應轉化率提高50%,從而有效地降低了生產(chǎn)成本,經(jīng)濟效益和社會(huì )效益顯著(zhù),具有很好的推廣應用價(jià)值。

An Improvement on Catalytic Chlorination Process of o-Chlorobenzyl Chloride

Abstract:According to the main problem of current synthesis of o-chlorobenzyl chloride in our country,effective improvement was studied to increase the reaction conversion to 60% by use of a new catalyst CHJ-3.The new catalyst would shorten a half of the reaction time and increased the reaction conversion 50% compared with general catalyst,and reduced the production cost.The results indicated that the improvement had an obvious economic and social benefits,and was worthy of extensions and applications
