制備綠色潤滑劑三羥甲基丙烷酯的催化酯化新工藝 |

摘 要:以油酸和三羥甲基丙烷(TMP)為原料,用SnCl2.2H2O作催化劑,通過(guò)減壓酯化的方法合成了三羥甲基丙烷油酸酯。反應的優(yōu)化條件如下:n(油酸)n∶(TMP)=3.11∶,催化劑用量4%,反應溫度170℃,反應時(shí)間4h,真空度0.09MPa。優(yōu)化條件下TMP的酯化率達到94%。產(chǎn)物結構經(jīng)IR光譜證實(shí)。 |

The Synthesis of TMP Oleate |

Abstract:Oleic acid trimethylolpropane ester was synthesized from esterification of oleic acid and trimethylolpropane under reduced pressure with SnCl2·2H2O as catalyst.The optimum conditions were found as follows: n(oleic acid)/n(trimethylolpropane) was 3.1,amount of SnCl2·2H2O 4%(based upon mass percent oleic acid),reaction for 4 h at temperature 170℃ and vacuum degree 0.09 MPa.In the optimum conditions,the conversion rate of trimethylolpropane was 94%.The structure of product was identified by IR. |
