間苯二甲酸液相催化氧化合成間苯二酚研究 |

摘 要:以間苯二甲酸為起始原料,在催化劑銅和助劑鎂作用下,以空氣中的分子氧作氧化劑,通過(guò)液相催化氧化繼而水解制得間苯二酚。通過(guò)系列實(shí)驗考察了溫度、催化劑及助劑用量、空氣流量、攪拌強度、水解條件等因素對反應的影響,確定了反應條件:反應溫度250℃,催化劑用量7%,助劑用量7%,空氣流量0.2L/min,攪拌強度200r/min,水解溫度230℃,水解時(shí)間2h。在此條件下間苯二甲酸轉化率32.3%,間苯二酚收率18.9%。 |
