對乙氧基苯乙酸的合成研究 |

摘 要:以對羥基苯乙酸為原料,分別采用溴乙烷和硫酸二乙酯為醚化試劑,經(jīng)Williamson醚化合成了對乙氧基苯乙酸。通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗得出兩條路線(xiàn)的較優(yōu)合成條件:溴乙烷法中,n(對羥基苯乙酸)n∶(溴乙烷)=11∶.6,反應溫度68℃,反應時(shí)間5h,收率85%左右;硫酸二乙酯法中,n(對羥基苯乙酸)n∶(硫酸二乙酯)n∶(氫氧化鈉)=1∶2.5∶2.4,反應溫度80℃,收率在90%以上。 |

Abstract:4-Ethoxyphenylacetic acid was synthesized from 4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid by the Williamson etherization reaction.Ethyl bromide and diethyl sulfate were used as etherization reagents,respectively.By experiments utilizing an orthogonal design,optimum synthesis conditions were obtained as follows: in the ethyl bromide route,the molar ratio of 4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid to ethyl bromide was 1 ∶ 1.6,the reaction temperature was 68℃,the reaction time was 5 h and the yield was about 85%.In the diethyl sulfate rou... |
