甲硫嘧磺隆原藥的合成工藝研究 |

| 摘 要：甲硫嘧磺隆(C9908)是湖南化工研究院對磺酰脲類(lèi)化合物進(jìn)行結構修飾而得到的新除草劑。探討了以2-氨基-4-甲氧基-6-甲硫基嘧啶(AOTP)和2-甲酸甲酯苯磺酰異氰酸酯(MCBI)為原料合成標題化合物的方法,對影響反應的主要因素進(jìn)行了研究,獲得了優(yōu)化反應條件:n(AOTP)n∶(MCBI)=11∶.75、溫度60～70℃、時(shí)間1.5h。優(yōu)化條件下,收率高于93%,產(chǎn)品含量高于96%。 |
