微波輻射法合成5-取代四氮唑衍生物 |

摘 要:研究了將氰化物與疊氮化合物在微波輻射條件下反應,得到5-取代四氮唑合成了4個(gè)5-芳香取代的四氮唑衍生物,所得產(chǎn)物經(jīng)IR,NMR鑒定。與原有方法相比,微波輻射法反應時(shí)間大大縮短(由幾十小時(shí)縮短為幾十分鐘),還具有收率較高、后處理簡(jiǎn)單等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 |

Synthesis of 5-Substituted Tetrazole Derivatives by Microwave Radiation Method |

Abstract:Tetrazole derivatives have been extensively used in medicine,but there were some disadvantages in its classic synthetic method such as long reaction time(tens hours,even several days),low yield and the troublesome after-treatment.Using microwave irradiation method four 5-substitued tetrazole derivatives were prepared in 30 minutes,and the optimum reaction condition was obtained.The target compounds were identical with the document. |
