| Abstract：Cycloprotylene is the key intermediate of some drugs for treating AIDS.The main synthesis of cycloprotylene starting with 1-cyclopropylethanone,cyclopropanecarbaldehyde and 5-chloropent-1-yne and other alkynyl compounds are reviewed. |
