新型殺螨劑唑螨酯合成改進(jìn) |

摘 要:采用甲基肼水溶液,對氯甲基苯甲酸叔丁酯為起始原料合成了唑螨酯(fenpyroximate)產(chǎn)品,修正了文獻中使用純的甲基肼或者是甲基肼的醇溶液為起始原料的缺點(diǎn),解決了工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)中甲基肼運輸和使用中的不安全因素以及對環(huán)境的污染問(wèn)題。用上述原料和中間體合成出的唑螨酯產(chǎn)品,含量大于95%,5步主要反應總收率超過(guò)55%。 |

Abstract:The methylhydrazine water solution and tert-butyl p-chloromethylbenzoate was used as starting material for synthesizing fenpyroximate,overcoming appllication of pure methylhydrazine or absolute alcohol solution of methylhydrazine,and solving dangerous and environmental pollution caused by methylhydrazine in industrial manufacturing transport and use;fenpyroximate was synthesized from tert-butyl p-chloromethylbenzoate as intermediate;The product content was ≥95%,and the five steps total yield of the product was ≥55%. |
