2-甲氧羰基苯磺酰氯的合成 |

| 摘 要：2-甲氧羰基苯磺酰氯是合成除草劑氟嘧磺隆的一個(gè)重要中間體，以2-氯苯甲酸為原料，經(jīng)親核取代、酯化、氧化反應制得2-甲氧羰基苯磺酰氯，總收率48.9%，目標化合物的結構經(jīng)IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、熔點(diǎn)測定進(jìn)行了表征。 |

| Abstract：2-Methoxycarbonylphenylsulphonic chloride which was an important intermediate of herbicide of primisulfuron，was prepared from 2-chlorobenzoic acid through nucleophilic substitution，esterification and oxidation reaction. The structures of the target compound and intermediates were characterized through IR spectra，1H NMR spectra and 13C NMR spectra，The melting points which were determined on Thiele apparatus and uncorrected reported in this paper. |
