2-甲基苯并惡唑的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以鄰氨基苯酚和乙酸為原料合成2-甲基苯并惡唑，用正交試驗得出優(yōu)化合成條件：溴化四丁基銨（TBAB）為相轉移催化劑，n（鄰氨基苯酚） ∶ n（乙酸）=1 ∶ 1，反應溫度為50℃，收率90.4%。此法原料易得，條件溫和，操作簡(jiǎn)便，收率良好。 |

| Synthesis of 2-Methyl Benzoxazoles |

| Abstract：The synthesis of 2-methyl benzoxazole by the reaction of 2-amino phenol and actic acid glacial.，The effects of phase transfer catalysis，the mole ratio of reactant and reaction temperature on the yield of product have been studied. The optimum condition has been determined by the method of orthogonal design. |
