2-甲硫基-4，6-二氟嘧啶的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：2-甲硫基-4，6-二氟嘧啶是合成除草劑雙氯磺草胺的關(guān)鍵中間體，筆者以硫脲、丙二酸二乙酯、甲醇鈉、硫酸二甲酯、三氯氧磷、氟化鉀等為原料經(jīng)四步反應合成了該化合物，并對影響反應的主要因素進(jìn)行了研究。優(yōu)化了反應條件，簡(jiǎn)化了操作。產(chǎn)品收率56%，純度90%。 |

| Synthesis of 2-Methylthio -4，6-difluorin Pyrimidine |

| Abstract：The compound 2-methylthio-4，6-difluoride pyrimidine was an important intermediate of herbicide diclosulam. 2-methylthio-4，6-difluoride pyrimidine was synthesized through four step veactions from sulfocarbamidediethyl malonate，sodium methanol，dimethyl sulphate，phosphorus oxychloride and potassium fluoride. The major factors that influenced the reactions were studied. The yield and purity of the product was 56% and 90% respectively，suggesting that the synthesis method had advantages of facile reaction conditions convenient operation and cheap reagents. |
