| Abstract£º2-£¨3-Benzoylphenyl£©propionitrile which was an important intermediate of ketoprofen was synthesized from 3-benzoylbenzeacetonitrile via monomethylation in the presence of dimethyl carbonate£¬Pure compound was obtained and the content of crystal was about 99.7%. The influence of catalysts£¬reaction temperature and reaction time on reactions were discussed. |
