| 摘 要：EGFR（epidermal growth factor receptor）抑制劑是近年來(lái)發(fā)展起來(lái)的一類(lèi)新型抗腫瘤藥物，是當前抗癌藥物研究的一大熱點(diǎn)。筆者按照不同的結構分類(lèi)，對EGFR抑制劑做了簡(jiǎn)要的介紹，并對其發(fā)展前景做了展望。
