對叔丁基鄰苯二酚的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以鄰苯二酚、異丁烯為原料，混酸作催化劑催化合成對叔丁基鄰苯二酚的新工藝，探討了工藝條件對反應結果的影響，確定了優(yōu)惠條件：反應溫度125℃，反應時(shí)間2 h，物料比n（鄰苯二酚） ∶ n（異丁烯）=1 ∶ 0.65，催化劑用量為鄰苯二酚的0.1%（m／m），對叔丁基鄰苯二酚收率可達93%以上。 |

| Abstract：The p-t-butylcatechol （4-TBC） was synthesized from catechol and isobutylene using a new catalyst. Effect of process conditions on reaction was investigated. The optimum technology parameters were obtained the yield of 4-TBC was above 93%when the reaction temperature was 125℃，reaction time was 2 h，the mole ratio of catechol to isobutylene was 1 ∶ 0.65，and the catalyst amaunt was 0.1%. |
