蟲(chóng)酰肼的合成 |

| 摘 要：以叔丁基肼鹽酸鹽為起始原料，與對乙基苯甲酰氯反應合成N-（4-乙基苯甲�；�-N'-叔丁基肼，反應收率97.9％。其再與3，5-二甲基苯甲酰氯反應合成蟲(chóng)酰肼，純度大于96%，總收率大于86%。 |

| Abstract：N-（4-Ethylbenzoy1）-N'-t-butylhydrazine was prepared from tert-butyl hydrazine hydrochloride and p-ethylbenzoyl chloride，the yield of the product reached 97.9%. After that，reaction of N-（4-ethylbenzoyl）-N'-t-butylhydrazine with 3，5-dimethylbenzoyl chloride to give target product tebufenozide. The purity and total yield of the product was more than 96% and 86%，respectively. |
