4-氨基-3,5-二甲基吡唑合成工藝改進(jìn) |

摘 要:以乙酰丙酮為起始原料,采用兩步法新工藝合成了目標產(chǎn)物4-氨基-3,5-二甲基吡唑,總收率達到71.7%;對肟化反應條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,確定適宜的反應條件為:n(乙酰丙酮) ∶ n(亞硝酸鈉)=1 ∶ 1,反應溫度5~10℃,反應時(shí)間20 min。 |

An Improvement on Synthesis of 4-Amino-3,5-dimethylpyrazole |

Abstract:4-Amino-3,5-dimethylpyrazole was synthesized from aletylacetone via two reactions. The overall yield was up to 71.7%. Furthermore,the oximation conditions were optimized,and the optimum conditions were as follows,the mole ratio of sodium nitrite to acetylacetone is 1 ∶ 1,the reaction temperature varies from 5 to 10℃ and the reaction time is 20 min. |
