四氫罌粟堿的合成工藝改進(jìn) |

| 摘 要：以3，4－二甲氧基苯基乙腈為起始原料，經(jīng)水解、縮合、合環(huán)、氫化等反應制得四氫罌粟堿，總收率67.8%，純度96%以上（HPLC），工藝穩定，利于工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 |

| Improved Synthesis of Tetrahydropapaverine |

| Abstract：Tetrahydropapaverine（1）is a key intermediate of cisatracurium besylate compounds，was synthesized from 3，4-dimethoxybenzyl acetonitrile via hydrolysis，condensation，cyclization and hydrogenation． The total yield and purity of the target product was 67.8％ and 96％，respectively． |
