聚乳酸中間體——丙交酯制備工藝 |

| 摘 要：研究了間接法合成聚乳酸用的中間體丙交酯的制備工藝。以工業(yè)D，L-乳酸（lactic acid）為原料，丙交酯粗產(chǎn)物的收率為考查指標，通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗得到了最佳制備工藝條件為：以4%（v／v）的辛酸亞錫為催化劑，脫水溫度為180℃，解聚溫度為285℃，得到粗產(chǎn)物收率為72.4%。粗品丙交酯1次重結晶后收率為59.3%，熔點(diǎn)為95.0～96.2℃；5次重結晶后總收率為50.7%，熔點(diǎn)為125.2～126.5℃。同時(shí)采用FTIR與1H NMR對產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了結構表征。 |

| Preparation of Polylactic Acid Intermediate Lactide |

| Abstract：Preparation of lactide was carried out using indirect method in this paper. Lactide was synthesized from industrial monomer D，L-lactic acid as raw material. The optimal conditions for synthesis of lactide were investigated by the orthogonal experiments. Results indicated that under the optimal conditions such as using v（Sn（Oct）2）／v（Lactic acid）=0.4∶1 Sn（Oct）2 as catalyst，dehydration temperature 180℃ and decomposing temperature 285℃，the yield of lactide reach 72.4%，and the yield of lactide reached 59.3% after the first recrystalization，and its melting point ranged from 95.0℃ to 96.2℃. The yield of lactide reached to 50.7% and its melting point ranged from 125.2℃ to 126.5℃ after the fifth recrystallization. FTIR and 1H NMR were used to characterizing the products. |
